Refund and Return Policy

 

If you are not satisfied for any reason we offer a full refund within the first 30 days of your purchase (not applicable to digital products. We do not offer exchanges as such. If you would like a different item after receiving a refund you are encouraged to place another order for the desired item.

 

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Only regular priced physical items may be refunded. Sale items, gift cards, and digital products cannot be refunded.

Refunds are conditional upon item inspection. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within ten days.

 

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

  • Send items to Juliana Brandon, 7035 26th Ave NW, Seattle, WA 98117
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be added to your refund.

 

Damaged Items

In the rare case that you receive a damaged item please send an email with photos of the damage to juliana@julianabrandon.com. In most cases damaged items won’t need to be returned, but will be replaced free of charge with free shipping. Of course original art can't be replaced, but arrangements can be made to receive another piece once the damaged item is returned.

Lost or Stolen Items

Items that are lost in transit or stolen after delivery will not be refunded or replaced. We recommend contacting your local post office with any issues. If you know that mail theft is common where you live we recommend purchasing insurance when paying for shipping. If you would like insurance, leave a note at checkout or email juliana@julianabrandon.com. The cost of insurance will be calculated and you will be notified before being charged for it. Any item costing $100 or more will automatically include insurance free of charge.

 

Shipping Policy

 

Standard USPS shipping anywhere within the United States is free! Please allow up to five business days for your item to ship. If you have a shipping carrier preference please leave a note when placing your order or email juliana@julianabrandon.com, otherwise most packages will ship via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. Orders of $100 or more will automatically include insurance. If you need insurance for any order under $100, or you need your item sent express or next day air, please email juliana@julianabrandon.com for a shipping quote, then your item will ship once these extra services have been paid for. Shipping to countries outside the United States is available on a case by case basis. If you want an item shipped outside the U.S. please email juliana@julianabrandon.com before placing your order to discuss shipping options and customs fees.
